Unity National Bank’s Remote Deposit Capture product is up to date with all current security practices. Standard industry security features are used to secure all data. Only customers and bank employees with correct login credentials are able to access the data.
- After our Technical Associate installs a scanner and software to your computer, checks received at your locations are scanned to create a digital deposit. This digital image provides copies of the front and back of the check.
- Once you complete your digital deposit ensuring the total amount to be deposited balances to the batch of checks scanned, it is electronically transmitted through the Internet to Unity National Bank for review.
- We then transmit the deposit to be posted into your account.
